SUGGESTIONS
on a soft roll with some BBQ’d pork (pork sausages, pulled pork [recipe below] or some brisket if you have time)
with some extra mature vintage cheddar or smoked gouda on a cracker
brush onto a pork loin while it’s roasting in the oven
serve with some mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and Kielbasa (Polish hot-smoked sausage)
serve alongside your festive ham joint
serve with an apricot nut roast, or a nut roast of any kind (delicious on a leftover sandwich the day after). With some Linda McCarthy sausages would also be pretty magic
with celeriac croquettes or white pudding fritters, served as a sandwich with a slaw, or as a starter
add a few chilli flakes and serve alongside cumin spiced potato cakes and a chive soured cream
with Melton Mowbray pork pies or a scotch egg!
